Maha the clinician was very attentive and care ensuring I was ok during the whole treatment and this for me is priceless

I had my appointment on Saturday 17th October at 11:25 with the amazing Huyen, and honestly, she was absolutely brilliant! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She was so friendly, lovely and easy to talk to, and had me laughing throughout the appointment. She made what could have been a nervous experience feel so relaxed and enjoyable. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout, which I really appreciated. I was also really impressed with how clean, tidy and well-kept everything was. The treatment room was spotless, and everything felt hygienic and well organised. It made me feel at ease knowing that cleanliness was clearly a priority. The removal itself was much quicker than I expected, and the whole appointment went so smoothly. Huyen was professional, reassuring and genuinely lovely from start to finish. She has such a warm personality and really makes you feel like you’re in good hands. It’s clear that she cares about her clients and wants them to have the best possible experience. I honestly couldn’t recommend Huyen enough! If you’re thinking about having laser removal and feel a little nervous or unsure, I would definitely recommend booking with her. She made the whole experience so much better than I expected, and I left feeling really happy with my appointment. Brilliant experience. The lady was soo friendly . , she made me soo comfortable during the laser treatment. She stopped when the treatment was strong , and gave me a breather .. she is so friendly and kind, We had chats all the way through the treatment.. 10/10 for both them lovely people. The young lady took great care of me. And kept asking me was i ok. Polite and respectful. Will recommend to family and friends. Great results with my treatments

I had my microneedling session with Huyen yesterday, and it was honestly one of the best sessions I’ve had. She was so lovely, friendly and patient. She really listened to my concerns from my previous experience and took extra care knowing how sensitive my skin is. What I appreciated most was her attention to detail. She took her time with every part of my face, even areas that are usually overlooked, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. She also explained everything so well and gave me some really helpful skincare and aftercare advice. You can tell she’s very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her clients. Such a great experience, and I’m already looking forward to my next session with her! ❤️
