I had such a lovely experience with Usma! I was quite nervous about having laser treatment, but she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. So gentle, professional and reassuring, she instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease. The treatment was practically painless, which I really wasn’t expecting! Her calm and caring approach made such a difference. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Usma, especially if you’re a nervous client like me! ❤️

I love coming to Therapie Wigmore. I had another excellent treatment there with skin specialist Joanna. The customer service is wonderful from start to finish. The staff at the front desk are warm and professional, and always have a smile on their face to welcome you to your appointment. Joanna is absolutely exceptional. She makes you feel comfortable from start to finish, and she is highly professional with excellent communication skills. I always look forward to my appointments with her, and am already seeing results with my treatment plan!

As soon as I came in the atmosphere was really calm beautiful and relaxing. And when I went inside with the person that did the laser treatment, she made me feel relaxed comfortable. And she was really lovely! And the laser treatment was my firsy time ever didnt feel pain alittle pinch but thats it, i wish I came sooner.
