Jas was brilliant! This was my second treatment, and I can honestly say I had a completely different experience this time. She took the time to explain the whole process, made sure everything was done properly, and never made me feel rushed. She also gave me clear guidance on the steps I should take following my treatment. Jas was extremely knowledgeable, professional and reassuring throughout.
