I have just completed my 6th laser treatment. A new therapist Passha was assigned for my laser session. Professional and approachable. Was relaxed throughout the session. I am very pleased my results, significant improvement after session 5. Overall, the location is excellent with great transport links. The premises are kept immaculate and toilet available for us clients who travel from neighbouring cities. Great value for money treatments available. I have had laser sessions with 4 therapists, they are professional, approachable and knowledgeable in laser treatments, most importantly they care about you as individual and your needs. Can’t fault anything.

I was seen by Maria today for my first-ever laser hair removal appointment. Going into it, I was feeling very nervous, but once the appointment started, Maria immediately reassured me and made me feel comfortable. She was considerate, very informative, and answered all of my questions. She was constantly checking in on me throughout the appointment, and most importantly, I was actually having fun! I’ve had anti-wrinkle treatment at the Leicester clinic. I visited the Birmingham clinic as there was no available spaces in Leicester for Sculptra until January. I had my first sculptra session, and it went well. Pain free. The Dr explained the procedure beforehand, kept me updated step by step throughout my journey in the treatment room. All round good service and friendly professional team.
