Letterkenny

I recently had a hair removal treatment and overall had a positive experience. The process was explained clearly beforehand, and Louise was professional and friendly, which made me feel comfortable.

Outstanding customer care. Megan and Rachel made me very welcome and comfortable. A clear level of extreme expertise that was communicated in an easy to understand manner. They went above and beyond. Would recommend this clinic to everyone. I will definitely be back 😊.

I’d love to share some really positive feedback about my experience with Thaynara! ❤️ Her service is absolutely excellent! She is incredibly professional, attentive and friendly, and she always makes me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout my treatments. One of the things that makes such a difference to me is the fact that she speaks Portuguese. Being able to communicate in my own language, explain exactly what I want, ask questions and feel fully understood makes the whole experience so much more comfortable and reassuring. I was genuinely so happy when I found out there was a Brazilian professional working at the clinic! I’d also love to make a suggestion. I really believe the clinic could benefit from promoting its multilingual staff more, particularly those who speak Portuguese. There is a large Brazilian community here in Ireland, and many people feel hesitant about booking certain treatments simply because of the language barrier. Having someone like Thaynara on your team is a huge advantage and a wonderful opportunity to connect with more people from the Brazilian community. I’m extremely happy with the results of my laser treatments, and especially with the outstanding care and attention I receive from her. Thaynara offers so much more than excellent customer service. She provides something incredibly valuable to those of us living abroad: the reassurance of being understood and the confidence to communicate freely without worrying about the language barrier. You’re very lucky to have such a wonderful professional on your team! ❤️

Very very impressed so far. Loaise has made me feel very comfortable every-time I go into get a treatment done

My only wish was I went to this place when I was much younger, best place to go, friendly staff and they always have really good offers and offer so many services x

I couldn’t recommend Louise enough! She is so knowledgeable, explained everything so clearly, and really put me at ease. She is a real credit to Therapie Letterkenny! Can’t wait for my next visit. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Catherine is a beautiful therapist made me feel very relaxed as at 66 years of age it's not easy to expose yourself and I didn't feel like that at all highly recommended her to my friends

The girls in there are all so lovely and very helpful the clinic is very clean and well maintained my therapist Thaynara is fantastic 10/10 🙌

As always I received a warm and polite welcome to the appointment at the clinic. Dr Maryiam explained the procedure step by step and throughout the whole process. I experienced no discomfort throughout the procedure. I am very happy and delighted with the results. I look forward to my next appointment with Dr Maryiam. Exceptional.
